We also work with organizations that are undergoing change or needing to undergo change to rapidly improve their bottom line results and improve their organization’s performance. This is achieved through various means aimed at creating a specific and targeted approach for each client. About Therese Wales - Director
Therese is both an organizational change executive with over 15 years experience in culture change, organization assessment and design as well as a leadership coach.
She has hands-on experience leading change efforts (small to very large scale) and developing leaders with different cultural backgrounds and business expertise. When working with Leadership and Executives her focus is on the key strategies that are essential for achieving success.
Therese brings energy and enthusiasm to everything and everyone she works with. She is absolutely committed to excellence and achieving results by being action oriented, results focused and straight forward in her dealings with individuals and organizations.
