Coaching is a results-focused approach to individual change management and team effectiveness, working together to increase performance, general life effectiveness and satisfaction.

One on One Coaching
for Leaders focuses on coaching leaders of business, both small and large. This can be achieved via face to face, over the phone or Skype. Team Coaching combines one on one coaching for individuals (as required) with Coaching for smaller teams. Top business leaders are visionary entrepreneurs with a strong belief in themselves and the ability to lead and inspire others. The coach works with the leader (and/or team members) on identifying their current leadership skills and strengths, works through solutions for areas not yet core strength, and helps them set and achieve objectives in both self-leadership and leadership of others.

Another simple way of thinking about coaching is that the coach works with a leader to assist them raise awareness, make decisions and modify behaviour or take action.  The leader sets the agenda of what they want to achieve, and the coach facilitates a process by which the client can achieve their desired outcome. The Coach also provide training to the client in a number of areas as may be relevant to the client’s need, such as how to set and achieve goals, how to change habits of thinking or behavior, and time management skills (more appropriately called “schedule choice management”).

We use a number of different tools to aide leaders in their quest to realize their potential. One such tool is a unique profiling tool that looks at communication, motivation, working styles, core needs and the values unique to the individual. It allows the leader and the coach to work on a plan targeted to their specific needs to take their performance to the next level and gives them a map of how to communicate and motivate their team. This profiling tool is based on the theories originated by Gustav Jung, developed further by Myers-Briggs and also includes the work of Richard Bandler (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Rodger Bailey.

We have programs for leaders that range from hourly rates to packages of basic, enhanced and accelerator (the later two include the profiling). To achieve long term changes for individuals and teams as well as create a sustainable culture where employees are engaged, we have retainer based programs.
